Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund of the deposit or may apply the deposit toward a future appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
